Riti is an internationally accredited trainer, coach, and mentor with over 18 years of experience. she has delivered 7000 hours of training programs to 2500 professionals. her clients range from Freelancers and Entrepreneurs to Startups, Small Businesses, PSUs, and large MNCs.

Riti uses Next Generation Facilitation Techniques such as Gamification, Microlearning, World Cafe facilitation, Star bursting, Fishbowl discussions, Dialoguing, Story Telling, and Coaching during her training sessions. She has done her BE from Sir MVIT, Bangalore, and Masters in Journalism from Cardiff University, UK

In her last corporate stint, Riti was the Mentor and Head of Training, Coaching, and Content for the Indian Leadership Academy (ILA), Bangalore. In the past, Riti has also worked with companies such as TCG Ivega, Siemens Communication, Nokia Solutions, Symphony Teleca, and Times Internet.

Riti is a telecommunication engineer and a journalist by education. After having worked in the software industry for 8 years, Riti took a plunge into journalism to pursue her interest in researching, reporting, and writing on a wide range of topics, covering news, technology, and human interest stories.

In 2013, Riti conceptualized and founded an independent issues-based digital news portal, Point Blank 7 with a special focus on citizen and community journalism. As a part of her venture, she conducted innovative outreach campaigns, theme-based crowdsourcing of stories, and hyperlocal citizen journalism to highlight citizen issues that needed redressal. She trained citizen journalists to build their skills in reporting and fact-finding and fake news verification. Riti independently managed alliances with key partners for content development, marketing, web development, and content management while providing editorial support, content control, and direction to the team of writers to ensure each published piece is as per PB7’s core values of truth, accuracy, accountability, and independence. Within a few months, under Riti’s leadership, Point blank 7 bagged the prestigious LAADLI Media & Advertising Award for Gender Sensitivity 2013-14.

Riti has also extended her training and coaching capabilities to consult early-stage startups to build their communication and content development strategies. She worked along with them to create engaging and dynamic communication assets and training modules for their staff members with an emphasis on improving verbal and non-verbal communication skills using traditional & new media journalism techniques. Riti went on to further work with leadership teams to assess existing and design new-age training programs based on staff and organizational training needs.

With 18 years of experience, Riti has delivered 7000 hours of training programs to 2500 professionals and senior executives.
