Riti uses Next Generation Facilitation Techniques such as Gamification, Microlearning, World Cafe facilitation, Star bursting, Fishbowl discussions, Dialoguing, Story Telling, and Coaching during her training sessions. She has done her BE from Sir MVIT, Bangalore, and Masters in Journalism from Cardiff University, UK
In her last corporate stint, Riti was the Mentor and Head of Training, Coaching, and Content for the Indian Leadership Academy (ILA), Bangalore. In the past, Riti has also worked with companies such as TCG Ivega, Siemens Communication, Nokia Solutions, Symphony Teleca, and Times Internet.

Riti is a telecommunication engineer and a journalist by education. After having worked in the software industry for 8 years, Riti took a plunge into journalism to pursue her interest in researching, reporting, and writing on a wide range of topics, covering news, technology, and human interest stories.
In 2013, Riti conceptualized and founded an independent issues-based digital news portal, Point Blank 7 with a special focus on citizen and community journalism. As a part of her venture, she conducted innovative outreach campaigns, theme-based crowdsourcing of stories, and hyperlocal citizen journalism to highlight citizen issues that needed redressal. She trained citizen journalists to build their skills in reporting and fact-finding and fake news verification. Riti independently managed alliances with key partners for content development, marketing, web development, and content management while providing editorial support, content control, and direction to the team of writers to ensure each published piece is as per PB7’s core values of truth, accuracy, accountability, and independence. Within a few months, under Riti’s leadership, Point blank 7 bagged the prestigious LAADLI Media & Advertising Award for Gender Sensitivity 2013-14.
Riti has also extended her training and coaching capabilities to consult early-stage startups to build their communication and content development strategies. She worked along with them to create engaging and dynamic communication assets and training modules for their staff members with an emphasis on improving verbal and non-verbal communication skills using traditional & new media journalism techniques. Riti went on to further work with leadership teams to assess existing and design new-age training programs based on staff and organizational training needs.
With 18 years of experience, Riti has delivered 7000 hours of training programs to 2500 professionals and senior executives.

With over 12 years of experience Lohith G is an ICF-CCE Certified Life and Executive Coach, a Certified Corporate Behavioural Trainer using DISC, International Certified Career Coach, Certified Career Counsellor (Counsellor Council of India™ (CCI), Ministry of Labour & Employment, GOI), NLP & Mindfulness Practitioner.
He has mentored 200+ aspiring trainers and coaches during his tenure at the Indian Leadership Academy.

Anshu Sharma
Anshu is a B.Tech. & M.Tech. from IIT Kharagpur, a PGPM from ISB Hyderabad, and is pursuing his Ph.D. from Symbiosis International University. He has 17 years of experience in the Automotive, IT, Consulting, and Education industries. Anshu has worked with companies such as Maruti, Dassault Systemes, Sun Group, and for seven years as a Strategy Consultant with Accenture. Anshu has been a trusted advisor to the CXOs of some of the world’s leading organizations in the automotive, consumer goods, travel, and industrial equipment space. Anshu has 4+ years of experience in the education sector and is a published author in peer-reviewed journals. Anshu is currently a faculty at the International School of Management Excellence, Bangalore.
Vikrant Bahl
Vikrant is a Director in Ernst & Young with 18 years of experience of which 15 years are in Management consulting (Strategy and operations) for Indian and global conglomerates. He has also worked with other top consulting firms such as Accenture and IBM. He has experience in delivering large-scale transformation programs across strategy & management consulting – specializing in profitability improvement & business transformation. Vikrant is an MBA in Operations from SP Jain and holds a B.E in Mechanical Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.
Cdr K Vijay Kumar
Cdr K Vijay Kumar is a Personnel Effectiveness Coach, Corporate trainer, Thought leader, Author, and retired in the rank of Commander (Indian Navy) with 46 years of experience. He holds three PG Diplomas in Management and recently completed M.Sc in Yogic Sciences from Mangalore University. He worked with top MNC companies like Tata Infotech (which merged with TCS in 2006) as Head of Learning and Development, Cognizant Technology Services, and a Senior Consultant with Franklin Covey India, conducted 350+ programs to 5000+ managers and 10000+ freshers. He also co-authored the book “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”.

Dr Lana Belic
Dr. Lana Belic is an international thought leader who has been inspiring teachers to experiment with new teaching approaches for more than 20 years. She gained her MA in Educational and Social Research at the UCL Institute of Education, whereas she merged her knowledge and experience into a Ph.D. in International Education at the University of Leicester, UK.
